vacations, paid or unpaid leave, including restrictive covenants
and non-competition clauses.
All areas covered by an individual or executive contract or
non-unionized employees without any formal agreement.
In addition, all areas covered by the Quebec Minimum Wage
Act and related legislation falls within this sphere.
