Administrative Law :
In our modern world, an increasingly greater portion of legal
jurisdiction is accorded to administrative Boards and Tribunals.
This can vary from cases involving dismissals, to work accidents,
to contesting decisions of such Boards to a higher level. Examples
include: the Office of the Labor Commissioner General, the C.S.S.T.,
the Labor Courts, the Human Rights Commission, etc.
Without knowledge of the inner working of these tribunals,
an individual is often unable to properly exercise his/her rights.
For 30 years, our experience before such Boards allows us
to best serve all of our clients' needs in a discreet and professional
manner.
